What is your shipping policy? When does my order ship?
We ship USPS/Fededx every weekday within 24 hours of your order being processed. Processing can vary from 1-24 hours. Typically, if your order is placed before pickup time (around 12:00 PST), your order will ship same-day. While we stride to make this shipping window, it is NOT guaranteed, and may change depending on order and staffing volume of a given day. This excludes weekends and some federal holidays. If there is anything on on our end that may adversely affect your shipping times we will contact you directly upon receiving your order.
Will I receive an invoice for my order? I didn't get an email? Where's my tracking information?
Provided you checked out with a valid email address, all orders receive an order confirmation, as well as tracking information email once your shipping label has been printed. You'll also receive updates as your order processes depending on your chosen shipping method. An email with your tracking number is automatically generated by our shipping software, and will be sent to you when the carrier accepts your package. if you did not receive an email, chances are your email address was entered incorrectly - this accounts for almost all confirmation email reception failures. Please double check the email address you checked out with for typos, and contact us using the contact page if you would like the email resent or your address updated.
Where are you located? Will I pay sales tax?
We are located in Washington State, and we ship out of Everett. Orders with billing addresses within Washington State will include the current applicable sales tax.
Where do you deliver? Who do you use for shipping?
We are currently set up to deliver to US states and Canada using USPS priority, first class, and priority international services, as well as Fedex Express flat rate.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept most standard P2P payment methods, and are working diligently to restore payment cards.
How secure is shopping here? Is my data protected?
We use the most up to date industry standard technologies and practices to protect our customers data. This means your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use whole disk encryption on our database servers, as well as perform a soft hash encryption on your credit card information for added security. We use SSL encryption to protect your data during checkout. Your data will not be shared, sold, distributed or otherwise adulterated while in our possession, and only necessary information is retained for records keeping purposes after your order is shipped.
What are your current promos?
All of our current promos go out to our mailing list and select internet forums. To receive a list of the current promos and exclusive discounts, sign up for the mailing list on our homepage. If you believe you are not receiving our emails be sure to check your 'promotions' folder.
